No, we do not allow pets. We allow approved service animals and emotional support animals.

 $100,000 liability mandatory for all residents during your lease term. Red Rock will provide liability coverage. $12 a month will be charged to your account each month.

If you are making monthly payments, we do require that you have a guarantor. If you are paying your contract up front or are making two payments, we do not require a guarantor.

Upon completing your application, you pay a deposit of $215, along with an application fee of $15. Upon move out, we do have a non-refundable fee of $65. You can receive up to $150 back after the condition of the apartment is assessed.

In your application, there is a portion where you can put the names of your requested roommates. We cannot guarantee that you will be with them, but we try our best to accommodate everyone’s needs. If you do not have a requested roommate, we will try our best to pair you with people of similar interests.

We only offer private bedrooms. There are six rooms in each apartment, along with two fridges, two bathrooms, and a walk-in pantry.

Each bedroom has a twin XL mattress, a built-in desk, a dresser, and a closet. There are also two couches in the living room, along with a mounted t.v. for your convenience.

We do have reserved parking spots by each building that you can purchase, but they are on a first come first serve basis. If you do not wish to receive a reserved parking spot, you can park anywhere that is uncovered for no additional charge.

We are all-inclusive student housing.  Wi-fi, utilities, and on-site laundry are included in your contract pricing. We have a year-around heated hot tub and pool, a 24 hour fitness center, a racquetball court, and a clubhouse that are all accessible.

Yes, you must be a student to live here. You can be enrolled in any university, trade school or taking online courses, but we require that you are a student.
