|Recommended: YesPretty Great — This is a place that you can easily make feel like home. It is a well built apartment complex that meets all your needs and more. Parking can be a little difficult but that's not too big of an issue.

|Recommended: YesNot Bad, But Not Great — Cant beat it for the price, but the halls are constantly covered in trash and the place in general kind looks gross. A claim was made about painting the hallways, never happened, and the list just goes on. but its too expensive to live anywhere else in St George

|Recommended: NoShit — The managers are really great people but the actual people that live here are the absolute worst. Be prepared to have people smoke weed in your apartment the stairwell pretty much everywhere whether you like it or not.
|Recommended: YesIt Is Way Better Than Abby Apartments By The Campus. — Living with your friends makes it a whole lot better but the apartments are pretty nice.

|Recommended: YesIt's An Inexpensive And Fun Place To Live — Obviously every property is going to have it's pros and cons, there are some things I would change, like the carpet and mattresses, but overall it is a very fun place to live. I've met some of my best friends here, the pool and club house is so much fun. Parking is always easy to find and I really enjoy living here.

|Recommended: YesPretty Great — It is pretty great for a first time student, relatively cheap. Although some things need to be worked on when it comes to the place. It seems certain rules don't seem to enforced as much as others. Other than that it is great, easy bus or drive to the campus and all private if you don't like roommates.
