|Recommended: YesI Think The Property Is Well Managed. — I think Red rock is a great place to be. My experience was very short but everyone I have met is very friendly and welcoming.
|Recommended: YesFor The Price You Can't Beat It. — It is cheap and you get your own room which is great, but the noise between rooms and from outside gets horrible. Parking is hit and miss depending on the hour, but its free so pay if you want a guaranteed spot. Staff is great and issues are fixed by maintenance pretty quick.

|Recommended: YesGood Place To Live. Thin Walls, Partying Neighbors But Private Space Is Nice. — It's a fine place to live. The rent is fairly low and utilities are included. The walls are thin and it definitely has it's fair share of parties going on. The rooms are small but private, there are 2 bathrooms with large vanity areas, 2 fridges, a walk-in pantry and the common area is really big. It has a pool, hot tub, and clubhouse. Honestly, it's a pretty nice place. Parking can be frustrating and the laundry facility is kinda gross but the maintenance and office staff are helpful and kind more often than not

|Recommended: YesVery Affordable Off-Campus Housing — It's nice having separate bedrooms so you can have privacy, but the kitchen living room is large enough for everyone to socialize. Big pantry, 2 big fridges, and 2 bathrooms. There is little to no noise from neighbors
