|Recommended: YesSatisfactory To Some Point — My experience staying there overall was ok. I liked my roommates. However, there were some discrepancies with my rent being paid. I made sure to pay first month's rent, yet when I failed to make my payment for the next month, I got my statement and read on it that I was being charged late fees from August which was the first month I already paid . After I paid in full up to date, the assistant manager agreed that I could pay my late fees a little at a time as long as my rent itself was up to date. Yet, the day right after we had that talk, there was a note on my door signed by her to pay the late fees that were there. Then, after making a partial payment online for the next month with a note that clearly said, Will clear the rest in 2 weeks time, another note was posted on my door the very next day Some college students have to work for everything housing, food, tuition and cannot afford to make that one time payment within the first week. People who get paid biweekly can make the monthly payment with late fees if you would just read the note that says they will. For that reason, I left. I wish I could've stayed, but I just couldn't keep up with school, work, and people who can't read the notes and take into consideration that I am trying. For anyone else though, I would strongly recommend this housing - I guess I'm just bad luck.
|Recommended: YesNice Place — Nice place
|Recommended: YesIt's Like Driving Into A Resort. — I love that thepeople in the office are nice and helpful. There are a lot of students who stay there who are also involved in a lot of school activities so it's noce to have roommates that may be taking some of the same clases. Also, the managament office is very fair. jsut do your part to take care of the space the've given you to stay in and they are absolutley accomodating.
|Recommended: YesGreat For Students — Red Rock is a great off campus place to live. It is still close to campus but it is off campus.
|Recommended: YesGood Place To Live For Students And Non Students — It's great to have your own room to escape to when you need to. It's also great to have the social interactions that come with having roommates. Sometimes it seems as if there's too many people there sharing the bathrooms and or fridges. Neighbors can be really noisy on occasion, but management is pretty good at getting them to quiet down. Pricing wise for student housing, this is one of the least expensive ones around, which is definitely nice. Out of the 4 different student housing complexes I've lived in, this is my favorite.
response from property -Emily we really appreciate your feed back and really loved having you live with us at Red Rock let us know if there is anything we can do for you!
|Recommended: YesNice Apartments With The Best Prices In Saint George — Nice apartments, you get your own room for the price of a shared room at any other student housing apartments in saint george Blair and Andrea are friendly and very chill. Honestly a great place to live
|Recommended: YesThe Location Is Perfect And The Buildings Are Well Kept On The Outside. — These apartments are great for the price but does have some downfalls due to the residents, not the staff or apartment complex itself. Major downfall was a lot of drugs and alcohol on the premises, which does happen at every apartment complex. It is very disappointing though to smell drugs coming in from outside the door daily. Parties happen every weekend involving alcohol and become very loud and disturbing. Hard to study on the weekends but overall very quiet on the week days. This is a great place for a student to get a jump start on college just have to get lucky with roommates.
|Recommended: YesNice Apartments, Didn't Match Great With Roommates — Red Rock is a fun place to meet lots of different people. The complex provides lots for tenants and there is always stuff going on It was a fun place to live

|Recommended: YesA Great Place To Live And Socialize With Others — It feels like another home away from home. I am comfortable in the environment I am in.
|Recommended: YesProggresing — fun a little expensive but free laundry and wifi make up for it
|Recommended: YesGood, But They Confused Me With Another Resident A Lot. — It was nice. Big rooms. Big kitchens. But it was loud, the lights outside flickered all night long. The boys upstairs were really loud. When anyone walked on the stairs outside my room, my wall vibrated.
|Recommended: YesAn Amazing Place. — It is honestly amazing. I love the pool and game room. The free 24/7 laundry is the best. and the views are breathtaking.
|Recommended: YesI Have Made Lifelong Friends Here! I Love This Place! — Red Rock Ridge is a great place to live. I would not have had it any other way. I have lived here for 3 1/2 years and have enjoyed every minute of it! The pool and hot tub are huge, parties are a blast here, staff is very friendly and helpful, and it is great to not have to worry about paying extra for laundry, internet, or cable. I would highly recommend this place for those just graduating high school to come and live. It's hard to live away from your family, but Red Rock will become your home away from home and you will leave with so many great memories and friends.
|Recommended: YesIt's Definitely A Place To Party And Get To Know People. — It's loud at nights but you get your own room for really cheap, free laundry, a and pretty nice living space
|Recommended: YesSo Far So Good — The good:
Your staff was great, everyone we've met has been happy, helpful and available.
The price is right. We compared RRR to 5 other apartments and found this location to be the best value.
The location, even slightly distant from the school, is awesome. Located near a very nice area of St. George with plenty of shopping, jobs and restaurants.
We've referred two other residents to RRR - we wouldn't have done that if we didn't know it was the best.
I feel like my daughter is safe at your apartment complex - thank you.
Individual rooms with individual keyed locks is a HUGE plus.
Suggestions / points:
Moved my daughter in on Aug 15th. There was a slight change in plans on her apartment and room mates which made her initial few days stressful.
I found the sidewalks and vesibules to be dirty. The building and landscpaing are very nice and don't match the sidewalks.
It appears the main hallway carpets in the apartment were recently replaced. The two rooms I saw, including my daughters, were not. The old carpet looks dirty and stained therefore I must assume dirty.
The AC isn't balanced making it warm in one room when it icy cold in another.
Don't get me wrong, RRR is great and I hope my daughter wants to stay her entire four years at Dixie.
